Welcome to our site! Overleigh Orthodontics provides purely specialist dental treatment. Tom Russell founded the practice in 1997 when he moved the business to its current premises in Handbridge, Chester. Tom qualified in Dental Practice in 1976 and went on to attain his Diploma in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons. In 2008 he was awarded Invisalign Platinum status, which affords him the position of an Invisalign preferred doctor. Victoria Cumberbirch who studied at Liverpool University Dental Hospital and obtained her MOrth RCS in Edinburgh, joined Tom in November 2005. 
In February 2007 Steve Chadwick joined forces withTom to operate a Late Night Surgery at Overleigh Orthodontics. Steve has a chequered career and is currently Consultant Orthodontist at the Countess of Chester Hospital, Chairman of the London Royal College of Surgeons for Orthodontic Therapy training and an examiner for the Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy. Tom, Vicki and Steve are all registered with the General Dental Council and Orthodontic Specialist List. As demand for treatment has increased over the years, Tom has since converted “House 24” into another surgery which is known as 24@Overleigh Orthodontics.Tom and David Plunkett jointly opened Riverside Orthodontics in Liverpool in 1999.
