CONSULTATION AND TREATMENTS

Today, orthodontic treatment is simple, convenient and affordable – plus it’s a beneficial investment in your well-being and your future. The value of an attractive smile founded on excellent oral health can’t be underestimated!

No matter what your age, you can usually undertake a programme of orthodontic treatment, as long as your gums and teeth are healthy – and for adults and children alike, wearing braces is easy – and, thanks to modern technology, more discrete. In fact in some cases, braces can be almost entirely invisible.

Your first appointment with Overleigh Orthodontics will be for a consultation and assessment. Then, dependant on your assessment, your orthodontist will discuss treatment options with you (see below), and ascertain the best time to begin treatment. Radiographs (x-rays) and moulds of your teeth may be taken at this time.
